I haven’t made any cookies this week due to my expanding waistline. I think I need to start looking into the lower fat versions of cookies if this venture is going to continue. Or, find wonderful patrons (that means you) who would love to enjoy the fruits of my labor. The work guys will eventually start asking me to stop bringing them weird cookies.

Tonight though, I will be bringing all the Bacon White Chocolate Chip cookies to Beer and Blog at the Green Dragon. I’ll be there around 5 I guess. Come on out if you have never been, it is a great group of people hanging out having beer and chatting. It isn’t as geeky as you may think.

On the horizon:

• Salt chocolate chip cookie (some idea from France)
• Pomegranate chocolate chip cookie
• Walnut chocolate chip cookie
• Gluten Free chocolate chip cookie for my friend M
